Warships

A powerful naval task group has sailed east from home ports in Canada to one of the most lawless maritime regions in the world: the Persian Gulf. Now in command of Combined Task Force 150, its’ mission is to lead an international coalition of warships in the fight against maritime terrorism and piracy, using whatever means necessary.

Deployed to this dangerous theatre of operations on active duty for four months, these are the men and women who make up the crew of Her Majesty’s Canadian Ships Iroquois, Calgary, and Protecteur.

Warships is a six part HD documentary series that follows the daily events and real life stories of the brave men and women living and working on Canada’s warships. You can’t get this close to war without actually enlisting.

Hi There
This was a great insight on the operation of the 3 Canadian warships in the Persian Gulf. I even enjoyed watching them repeadedly. But I do have a couple of points I would like to critic.
1) I would have liked to have seen interaction between our ships and other ships in the task force besides the Protecteur.
2) The canned music was annoying.
3) The narrator doesn't have a narrator's voice. In fact, he sucked. Did he produce it or was he just cheap?
Thank you for this brilliant series and thank you for allowing me this forum to offer my feedback.
